October Raffle
WOW! So I am going to try to get back on track with posting here! Our September raffle is over and I have a winner! See the post comments for the winner! They won a fantastic prize pack of souvenirs from my San Diego Trip! On that note, here is the 1st October question.
My flight left Providence, RI at 6:20 am EST. I flew for 1hour and 30 minutes to Chicago then boarded another plane 8:30 AM CDT to arrive in San Diego at 10:48 am PDT. The return flight left San Diego at 1:05 PST and was 4 hours and 20 minutes from San Diego to Baltimore with a 45 minute lay over before departing for Providence at 10:15 pm EST arriving at 11:20pm EST. What was the difference in travel times between the two flights? Science connection- Why is the return flight faster?
Huge shout out and thanks to Matt Bonner and his family for providing the awesome prizes for October!! (and maybe November!) Thanks so much!
Post your answer here and be on the look out for more opportunities to get in on the raffle!
